Enjoy easy access to M59 to explore popular shops and restaurants. Alpine Valley Ski Resort a minute down the street! Quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and lake access. Bathroom access right outside your room. Feel free to use the laundry machines as well as the living room and kitchen areas!

Good to know

The bedroom has a memory foam twin mattress, a work desk and chair, and a small nightstand with a lamp for reading. Your room will be down the hall and to the left. The tv is in the living room, which is a shared space. The kitchen is also a shared space and you may use the plates, bowls, silverware, microwave, and fridge to store your food. However, food in the fridge is not shared. The other two bedrooms are off limits to guests. I do not use the bathroom directly next to your bedroom often, so it will primary be you that uses it.

Other Details to Note

The lights in the shared spaces are automatic and should stay on all the time since they will turn off and on automatically when entering a room. No need to turn off any lights.

• No smoking inside of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, bidis, and kreteks); you may go out front door away from building so not to disturb any neighbors should their windows be open. Or out the kitchen side side door. Close door behind you. Please clean up cigarette buds and do not leave them in the yard. ($200 smoke cleaning fee) • Please respect that checkout is by 11 AM, so we can make sure everything is clean and ready to go for the next guest. • We do not allow parties in the home. • Pets are not allowed. • No illegal substances are allowed. • No candles or other open flames. • Please turn off lights when you go out. • Please take off your shoes when inside the home • Please close and lock all windows in your room when you leave the property. • Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. • If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair

Neighborhood

Trees everywhere makes it feel like you’re secluded from the city yet the main freeway is only 30 seconds down the street, giving you access to many stores and services all with 10 minutes of the house. It is quiet and serene.

Guest access

There is a driveway to park in, which allows you to park within 20 feet of the house. In the harsh winter months, it may be best to park at the top of the driveway along the side of the road. Which I will provide the closest and most convenient space for you.
