• No smoking inside of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, bidis, and kreteks); you may go out front door away from building so not to disturb any neighbors should their windows be open. Or out the kitchen side side door. Close door behind you. Please clean up cigarette buds and do not leave them in the yard. ($200 smoke cleaning fee)

AM, so we can make sure everything is clean and ready to go for the next guest.
• We do not allow parties in the home.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No illegal substances are allowed.

I lived at Nate's place for almost a year. I lived in all three of his listed rooms. In the time that I lived at Nate's house, he basically became family. He is an incredible host and person. Extremely helpful, resourceful, and always ready for a chat with a smile. All his rooms are exactly like the pictures with clean rooms and linen when you first arrive. The kitchen is available and has lots of utensils. Most importantly there is minimal noise in the house. The neighborhood is amazing as well with a beautiful lake 2 minutes walk from the house and, 2 minutes from the main road. I lived a long time in the house with Nate, and in the time that I spent there, not once did I experience any inconvenience or annoyance.
