We had a very pleasant stay in Nate's property in Mars Hills. It is 20 min drive to downtown Asheville. The apartment is tastefully renovated in an industrial loft style. It was well equipped with all necessities, and very well cleaned. Thank you, Nate!

Nate's place was in a cute repurposed school, the neighborhood is quaint and safe. The space was clean, exactly like the pictures and so spacious. would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great place. New, very clean, amd well appointed. Walls are very thin, and can here all the neighbors, which wasnt a huge problem. The comfort of the loft made up for it!

This was the perfect place for us to stay out of the fray but close enough to every place we wanted to visit. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with so much character. The beds were comfy, and that is always a huge plus.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. It's a stunning home - everything is top quality and pristine. It feels like you're in a large city loft, but instead you have the beautiful mountains outside. It is very close to Mars Hill University, which was perfect for us to spend time with our son and watch his baseball games. The location is also convenient to Weaverville and Asheville. Nate was helpful and responsive in every way. A first class experience. We loved everything about it and we'll be back!

I couldn’t recommend this place more! The first thing that caught my eye was just how clean it was! It was just like the pictures too and felt very comfortable and cozy. We spent most of our trip out hiking through the snow so being able to come back and settle into the couch with the fireplace on…it made the trip! Plus it’s minutes away from Mars Hill which is the cutest little area. We would come back again!

Nate’s place is beautiful and comfortable. The town of Mars Hills is very cute with some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Asheville is only about 20 minutes away and Blowing Rock about 1.5 hours. We had a great stay!
